Your pantry, on one page.

Fill in what you know. Blank rows are fine. Nothing is saved or sent; print before leaving this page.

Three details are enough to start.

Record the ingredient, the amount and its location. Use everyday amounts such as “2 cans” or “half a bag.” A precise measurement is useful only if it helps you decide what to cook or buy.

Keep the list where decisions happen.

Put the printed sheet near your shopping list. Cross out finished items and change amounts after cooking. Before a grocery trip, look at the shelf as well as the list: a record is only as current as its last update.
