Barcode
One item, one tap. Point the camera at a package and it lands in your pantry with a name and category. Rescans bump the quantity.
🧾
Receipt
The whole grocery run at once. Snap the receipt and every food item is extracted, cleaned up, and ready to review. Non-food lines like paper towels are filtered out automatically.
📷
Photo
Point at a shelf, a fridge drawer, or the counter after unpacking. PantryPrix identifies what it sees and builds an itemized list you can edit before saving.
All three scanning methods are available on iOS and Android.
Why it matters
A pantry app only works if the pantry stays current
A receipt photo saves you from entering groceries one at a time. Keeping your pantry list up to date helps PantryPrix suggest recipes and show you what to use or buy next.
Quick answers
You can add the item manually in a couple of taps, and unrecognized barcodes feed our catalog review, so the next scan of that product is more likely to hit.
Any printed receipt works. Receipts from major US chains get extra cleanup (department codes stripped, discount lines dropped, quantities untangled), so the item list you review is tidy.
Photos are deleted after 30 days. Until then, we look at one only if you ask support to check a problem. We don't keep your camera roll. Receipt text is scrubbed of personal details like loyalty numbers and card digits before anything is stored.
No. Scanning is the fast path, but you can always type an item in, paid plans can add groceries by voice, and shopping-list check-offs move items into your pantry automatically.
Scanning is unlimited on every plan.
Your receipt is already an inventory.
Snap it once and let PantryPrix do the typing. Free to try on iOS and Android.
